There is no easy answer to all the tragedy in Connecticut. How can we possibly find any peace in this? These feelings of pain do tell us something of ourselves - they tell us we are human and we have empathy and we care. It is deeply connected to what's important. How do we deal with all of this pain? It is tragic, and yet there is a lot that we can pull out for good.

When all is said and done, Dr Dincalci stated that "To find the deepest relief, is to pray." He said that he would pray continually and at times scream his prayer, "I need help on this. Please help me to see this in a different way" - especially when we do not want to see it in a new light. We have help deep within when we sincerely want that help.

There are no easy answers.

We can short change ourselves by not letting go. We cannot expect to love profoundly unless we are willing to risk the pain profoundly.
