We have too many demands and too much pressure; too many things going on, and it is just killing us. I think it is seriously impacting our families today. We are over scheduled and stressed out of our heads. Even in small moments or down time, we find something to do. We have our jobs, families, and church or community . . . apparently our stresses aren't going away. It's going to keep happening. So how do we say no, and start cutting back? How and where do we make the cuts? How do we say no, and when do we say yes? The peace we find in our lives is about being in the moment. Doing everything we have to do in life and not being present will not bring us peace. The peace is not in things, jobs, or money, but it comes in being one on one with someone. I get it that we need to do these other things, yet more importantly we need to live what matters most.
