Have you ever noticed that men and women are seriously different? And these differences are hurting a lot of people. When we think we should be the same . . . is when it is problematic. Research shows that there are trends in men and women. What she says and what he hears could be totally different just because of being the opposite sex. How effective are we at bridging these gaps? As a general rule, women want to know they are important to their spouse and that they are loved. They want validation. Men tend to want to fix it and be respected.
