3 cans (12 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups chopped cashews
3/4 cup finely chopped green onions
3 jars (2 ounces each) diced pimentos, drained and finely chopped
3 Tbs finely chopped green pepper
3 Tbs sour cream
1 Tbs cider vinegar
2/3 tsp salt
3 cups chow mein noodles
In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Scoop mixture over noodles and serve.
