Bill McCarthur from Gastronomy is our guest chef today and he shows us how to cook an easy and yummy fish dish.
Maitre d butter
1 lb butter
1 lemon, zested, juiced
1 tsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp chopped shallot
Combine ingredients, mix well.
Place cod fillets in oven dish. Put 2 tbsp butter on top of each fillet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cover cod with bread crumbs, place under broiler until golden brown.
Serve.
