ST. GEORGE — Up to seven people were injured Saturday morning in a multiple-vehicle accident on I-15 at milepost 15 in St. George.

A Ford F-150 traveling southbound crossed through the median at about 8:48 a.m. and traveled into northbound lanes. The Ford was broadsided by a Chevy Silverado and the female driver of the Ford was ejected from the vehicle, according to the Utah Highway Patrol.

A Honda Civic also hit the Ford, according to UHP, and two other vehicles were involved in the crash.
