SALT LAKE CITY — A multi-car pileup forced the closure of the eastbound I-80 on-ramp at Wright Brothers Drive Thursday night.

Utah Highway Patrol troopers on scene said slick roads were to blame for the crash, which involves 10 to 12 vehicles.

The accident closed down the ramp and blocked eastbound lanes on the highway, but police were hoping to have the road open by midnight. Only minor injuries were reported.
