TOOELE VALLEY — Whether your interest lies in four- or two-wheeled racing, there will be something for you to enjoy this weekend, September 15-16, at Miller Motorsports Park.

If you like your racing with four wheels, the Utah Region of the National Auto Sport Association (NASA) presented by Sunoco Race Fuels will be racing on Saturday and Sunday on the 2.2-mile East Course. This will be the sixth round of their seven-round 2012 championship. Each round includes two races. Also appearing with NASA Utah on Saturday is the Lap Battle Time Attack Series presented by RallySport Direct, a locally-based Time Attack series. Lap Battle offers rear-wheel-drive, front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive classes for both street and race cars.

For motorcycle enthusiasts, the Utah SportBike Association's Masters of the Mountain series will have Round 5 of their six-round 2012 championship on the 2.18-mile West Course. Nineteen different classes of bikes will be competing.

In addition, the Third Annual Car-B-Q will take place on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. There will be a car show, dyno day and drifting.

The action will get underway at approximately 8:00 a.m. and last until approximately 5:00 p.m. each day, varying among the different racing series. The Ace Café will be open both days, and the MMP Club House will be open to everyone for lunch from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. both days.

The Miller Kart Track will have kart rentals available from 12:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday, and the popular MMP Zip Line will be open for rides all weekend.

Admission for the weekend is $6/day for adults, while kids 12 and under are admitted free of charge. Military personnel are eligible for a 25-percent discount on tickets.
