(KSL News) -- Three cars were involved in pretty messy wreck in Salt Lake City this afternoon.
Police say the driver of a silver pickup truck ran a red light near 1700 South and 700 West. It hit a Dodge Durango with two adults and three children inside.
A tire fell off the Durango and slammed into a Honda, tearing its bumper off.
The children were taken to Primary Children's, but they are fine. The driver of the pickup is in serious condition.
