Recovering pop star KYLIE MINOGUE has penned a comeback album about her battle with breast cancer.

The SPINNING AROUND hitmaker is now in full remission from the disease after under-going intensive radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment, and has been inspired to write a number of songs about her life-threatening ordeal.

The 37-year-old is also planning a surprise duet with French boyfriend OLIVIER MARTINEZ.

A industry source says, "Kylie decided on the concept about her illness as being very therapeutic and she also thinks it will help other cancer sufferers.

"She has spoken to her team who are in talks with producers she's worked with before."

The record, titled LESSONS, will be the Australian singer's eleventh studio album and is set to be released early 2007. (AS/WNSNE)
