SALT LAKE CITY — A man died on I-15 following a stroke Friday afternoon.
Just after 4 p.m. Friday, Utah Highway Patrol received reports of a man driving erratically on I-15 northbound near 4500 South, and that he was slumped over the wheel. The car eventually stopped on the northbound I-15 to westbound I-80, scraping the wall. No other collisions occurred.
Troopers arrived on scene and determined that the man had suffered a stroke. He was pronounced deceased on scene.
