SALT LAKE CITY — The U.S. men's soccer team won an important match Tuesday against Jamaica in a CONCACAF World Cup qualifying match. While the 1-0 victory was hard fought a face has become all people can talk about.
In the fortieth minute some players from both sides started getting after one another and U.S. player, Clint Dempsey, pulled a face that will be a web sensation for all time.
In an effort to mock a player Dempsey pulls some kind of "I'm going to eat your kids/What smells" face. Not sure what's going on, but it'll probably make you chuckle.
Romo is Now a Ranger?
During a Texas Rangers warm-up session Dallas Cowboys QB decided to stop by in full uniform and ready to play. Well, kind of.
That's actually Rangers relief pitcher Joe Nathan who decided to show up dressed as Romo, threw a few passes and even tackled a teammate. For a pitcher, Nathan has a pretty good drop back and not a bad football arm.
This is the difference between football and baseball, a football practice is all business all the time and you eek out wins, in baseball you can come dressed as football player and play catch and be the division leading Rangers.
Rivalry Week
We posted this video of the 10 greatest BYU-U of U rivalry moments on ksl.com Wednesday. Not enough people saw it so we thought we'd let you know about it one more time.
BYUtv put this out so it's clearly BYU biased, but don't worry Utes, we've got you back too. This clip is a year old, but for Ute fans it never gets old.
Here are highlights from last year's rivalry game when Utah routed BYU 54-10.
