(KSL News) -- High runoff from the Bear River is putting some Cache County residents on alert tonight.
PacifiCorp says it has increased the release of water from the Cutler Dam. The dam is already running at full capacity due to spring runoff and recent storms.
Workers have notified the National Weather Service and say the hydroelectric plant is running under emergency operations, in case the flow of water increases.
