SALT LAKE CITY — Zumba has progressively become the most popular dance exercise program since it began over ten years ago. Gyms all over the world have adapted the program to their clients, in many ways diluting the pure awesomeness of Zumba. But one of the lucky few certified to teach it is holding what will most likely be the largest Zumba class in Utah.

On July 21, Camilo Jimenez will be teaching a one-time Zumba Party Miami Style master class at The Complex in Salt Lake City. The class begins at 11 a.m. for 90 minutes of fun.

Visit www.zumbawithcamilo.webs.com for more information on this class and others taught by Jimenez.

Fiona Apple at Kingsbury Hall

One of the most integral indie musicians of the 90s is coming to town for a rare performance.

Fiona Apple is performing on July 21, at the University of Utah's Kingsbury Hall, promoting her new album, "The Idler Wheel Is Wiser Than the Driver of the Screw and Whipping Cords Will Serve You More Than Ropes Will Ever Do", which debuted mid June, receiving rave reviews.

Apple has not produced a new album for the last seven years. For more information on this concert and more tour dates and locations, visit her website.

Doggie Olympics

This is the year of the Olympics, and now everyone gets to go for the gold.

Utah FACES (the Friends for Animal Care and Effective Solutions) are hosting their second annual "Doggie Olympics" on July 21 with games for both dog and master to participate in. The games will be held at the Big Cottonwood Regional Park from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Dogs can compete in many events, like "Obedience Baseball", the "I've Got Rhythm Music Sit", the "Ball Lottery" and more. Visit All Out Dogz Facebook page for more info about the Olympics.
