OGDEN — The feeling of flying is one of exhilaration and adrenaline, and this week's Wednesday's Child couldn't wait to try out indoor skydiving at iFly in Ogden.
Eight-year-old Tymen wasn't a bit intimidated as an instructor explained what he needed to know before his flight.
Birthday: 09/03
Age: 8
Year in school: 2nd
Interests: Soccer, friends, biking
An outgoing and engaging youth, Tymen enjoys making others laugh. Creating lasting friendships is important for this active kiddo! Riding bikes, playing soccer or simply playing video games are some of his favorite activities!
"Don't try any flips until I tell you too," the instructor said. "Don't be scared if we go up high."
"OK," was all Tymen said. He couldn't wait to climb into his flight suit and feel the wind on his face. And he wasn't disappointed when it was all over.
"It was just like jumping out of an airplane," he said.
Tymen is brave, and he has learned to adapt to new surroundings while in foster care. But he would love to be a permanent part of someone's family.

"I would just love it," he said, "because I'm not really used to going from family to family."
Tymen's favorite color is blue. He loves the Smurf's movie and wants to be a BMX biker when he grows up, like Tony Hawk.
He also likes to sing, and now, he can add flying to his list of skills.
