SALT LAKE CITY — Stephanie Decker has been called a "Supermom" after she used her body to shield her two young children during a tornado in Henryville, Indiana earlier this month.
The kids are fine, but she lost part of both of her legs.
Now, after less than four weeks of hospitals and rehab, Decker is home.
"The first thing I want to do is sit on my couch or sit on my bed with my kids and play a game if they want to," said Decker.
The Deckers' home was crushed by the storm, but they have a second home in Sellersburg, Indiana they have been unable to sell.
"It's kind of been a blessing that it didn't sell," said Decker.
Friends, family and workers renovated the house in just three days, making it more wheelchair accessible.
"It's just been a long time to be away," said Decker. "It feels good to be back. It feels good to be back home."
