KEARNS — On the heels of Super Tuesday, the vote is in at one Kearns elementary school. Neither Romney nor Santorum took the lead, Clifford won students' votes by a landslide!

Students at Beehive Elementary School take part in KSL's Read Today program. They and their tutors have been doing such great work, we wanted to reward them.

"I used to talk a lot and not do my work. But now (that) I have a tutor, I've been doing my work," said Irma, a third-grade student.

"Many children just don't have the kind of parent support they need at home," said Beehive Elementary Principal Pauline Longberg. "So they just can't make it without other significant adults to help them when their parents can't."

Big O Tires provided $1,000 in books for teachers so they can better help students.
