(KSL News) Several police agencies are helping look for a sex offender who walked away from the Fremont Correctional facility in West Valley tonight.
Parolees are allowed to leave, but only if they have permission. Kerby Vuong didn't, but he left anyway.
Police even brought out dogs to help track him. Police will be talking to his family and friends and they believe it will only be a matter of time before he is captured.
At this point he will be going back to prison instead of back to the facility.
