2 pounds flank steak
Bottle peanut stir fry sauce
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Cut meat into bite-sized strips. Place meat and carrots in crock pot.
Pour peanut sauce over meat and carrots. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Stir in coconut milk.
Sprinkle peanuts over individual servings.
