MURRAY — A Taylorsville man remained hospitalized Wednesday with injuries he suffered when he was struck by a TRAX train Tuesday.

Philip Felicitti, 48, was struck near the Murray North station at Fireclay Avenue (4400 South) and 70 West around noon Tuesday. Police said the crossing arms were down and the lights were flashing, and Felicitti must have walked around them prior to being hit.

He was wearing headphones, police said.

Felicitti was taken to the hospital Tuesday in extremely critical condition.
