He tried this before, six years ago. We will discuss his campaign and platforms.
Segment 2Five weeks ago, a band of demonstrators, calling themselves "Occupy Salt Lake," marched from the Utah State Capital Building to Pioneer Park, where some have been camped out ever since--until last night--which was a deadline to leave. The order from police to leave Pioneer Park and the Gallivan Plaza came on the heels of a death of an "occupier" in a tent on Friday morning. Preliminary indications were the death was the result of both carbon monoxide poisoning and a drug overdose. Where do Occupiers go now? What do they want? What have they accomplished? Segment 3Mental illness can strike anyone, anywhere. And mental illness can take the concept of justice and turn it on its head. But a Salt Lake court program is helping mentally ill criminals get treatment and a fresh start. News Specialist Jennifer Stagg spent a month inside -Mental Health Court-- and shared her report. Plus we talked to Dr. Allan Rice from Valley Mental Health. He is the clinical director of the court. We also visited with Mylo Mitchie who will graduate from the program in 18 months.
