(KSL News) -- Cedar City Police have arrested a man they say used an electric dog collar to discipline his sons.
The man told officers he put the remote controlled shock collar on his two six-year old boys' arms and legs when they misbehaved.
There is no evidence he used it on the children's necks.
Social workers say the children are now staying with relatives.
