LOGAN, Utah (AP) - A traveling Vietnam veterans memorial is at the Cache County Fairgrounds this weekend, and is attracting visitors from all over. The Logan Herald Journal reports the replica of the Washington, D.C. memorial contains 58,264 names on the 370-foot-long panel.
Members of the Cpl. Gerald Max Rich Detachment of the Marine Corps League helped bring the monument to Logan.
Vietnam veteran and event organizer Dan Gyllenskog says he saw the tribute about three years ago and decided he wanted to bring it to Cache County.
