SALT LAKE CITY — The main event of Utah's largest five-day, free, family health event, Be Well Utah, is Saturday at the University of Utah's Rice-Eccles Stadium.
Officials and volunteers from University Health Care and Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah will host healthful activities, such as cooking demonstrations and group fitness classes, and free glucose, dental, blood pressure and cholesterol health screenings.
A variety of health professionals will be on hand to answer questions and provide information to help Utah families make healthy decisions. All Be Well Utah events are free to attend and open to the public from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
