SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A former Utah schoolteacher faces up to 30 years in prison for having sex with one of her students.
Christy Brown, 33, pleaded guilty yesterday to three felony counts of forcible sexual abuse.
Third District Judge Stephen Henriod will hand down Brown's sentence on October 19.
Brown was accused of having sex with a 17-year-old boy three times earlier this year. He was one of her English students.
She was arrested in July when a police officer discovered her in a car with the boy.
