Jeremiah Jensen Reporting The people of Emery and Carbon Counties have been rocked by the recent tragedy at the Crandall Canyon Mine. The community is mourning the loss of three rescue workers and is still holding out hope for the safe return of six trapped miners.
Rarely has a high school football game been so vital and profound for an entire community as it was when Emery played Duchesne. It was a chance, for at least a couple of hours, to heal.
