WEST VALLEY CITY -- A deadly accident killed two people and sent another to a hospital in West Valley City.
It happened in the intersection of 4800 W. 3200 S. about 10:30 p.m. Thursday.
A white Jeep Cherokee was westbound when police say it slammed into the other car.
The damage was so bad that police are still unsure who was at fault. A 30-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman died at the scene.
Police say a third car was involved, but there were no injuries reported from that vehicle.
Police do not know at this point if alcohol or drugs were a factor.
