ST. GEORGE -- Wells Fargo is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a man who robbed one if its St. George branches earlier this month.

Police say a man walked into the Wells Fargo Bloomington bank at 144 W. Brigham Road on Aug. 18 and handed a teller a note demanding money. Witnesses say he was wearing a red and green plaid shirt, jeans and a red women's wig.

Officers were not able to track down the man, who took off on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

Wells Fargo, along with the Utah Bankers Association, is offering the reward. The FBI is also investigating.

Anyone with information is asked to call St. George police.
