(KSL News) The findings of an investigation into the death of a Utah Department of Corrections officer will not be made public.
For the past two months, the Department of Public Safety has been looking into the death of Stephen Anderson, who was shot by inmate Curtis Allgier during an escape attempt.
The results will remain sealed since there is still a pending criminal prosecution in connection with the case.
The Department of Corrections says it has already made changes in policy as a result of the shooting.
