(KSL News) A top Federal Emergency Management Agency official is leaving his post to come to Utah.
The Deseret Morning News reports Robert Flowers will lead Salt Lake County's emergency preparation efforts.
Flowers is no stranger to Utah. He was once the state's top cop and directed security during the 2002 Olympic Winter Games.
