(KSL News) Some 16 year olds in Utah may be allowed to divorce their parents!
The state senate approved a bill to let 16 year olds emancipate themselves from their moms and dads, if they can prove they can survive on their own.
It's aimed at helping children of polygamy escape the lifestyle.
The bill now goes back to the House.
