(KSL News) -- New developments tonight in the case of a Herriman Daycare Center.
Sheriff's Deputies served a search warrant at the Small Wonders Development Center this month. That after a former employee alleged wrongdoing including discrepancies in bookeeping.
Just yesterday, owner Michaele Meier said the former employee made up the allegations the day after she was fired.
Today the affidavit for the search warrant was released. Among other things, the former employee alleges possible methamphetamine use, and that she often saw employees go to secluded areas and return later appearing to be intoxicated.
The affadavit also alleges the Small Wonders owner forged checks by using check routing numbers and scanned signatures from former clients.
An investigation is underway, but so far no charges have been filed.
