SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Gov. Jon Huntsman is calling state lawmakers back to the Capitol for a special session next week.
Four issues are on the agenda, including tougher penalties for animal cruelty. The others deal with education and more jail beds in Garfield County.
The session starts Wednesday.
