(KSL News) -- The owner of a Herriman Daycare center today defended her operation.
Sheriff's Deputies served a search warrant at Small Wonders Development Center and arrested the owner and two employees.
Authorities say it all stemmed from discrepancies in the books pointed out by a former worker.
The owner says the worker was disgruntled after she'd been fired.
Michaela Meier, Small Wonders: "The day after that is when we were started to be visited by state agency after state agency, laundry lists of allegations that were made by her supposedly things that happened when she worked here she had never said anything about until the day she was fired."
Meier says the center never neglected nor abused children.
Prosecutors haven't filed any charges against the center.
