(KSL News) A Clearfield woman convicted of convincing her boyfriend to kill her ex-husband won't be getting out of prison any time soon.

Yesterday the Utah Supreme Court told Tamera Rhinehart she could not withdraw her guilty plea in the fatal shooting of Michael Boudrero three years ago.

Prosecutors said Rhinehart planned the murder in order to cash in on an insurance policy.

She is now serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole.
