MOAB — The Grand County Sheriff's Office resumed their search Saturday for a missing 20-year-old swimming in the Colorado River.
About 5 p.m. Friday, Teri Elizabeth Jackson, of Orem, was swimming in the Hal Canyon Campground area when she started yelling for help, according to a statement from the sheriff's office.
Friends attempted to rescue her but were unsuccessful.
"Teri was swept down the river and has not been seen since," according to the sheriff's office.
Crews were using boats and jet skis to search the river Saturday.
