SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- East High School is a popular place for students even in the summer.

The Salt Lake City high school was featured in the runaway hit movie "High School Musical" and part of the sequel set to premiere this Friday was filmed there.

During the summer, up to 50 people a day arrive to see the gym, wander the halls and even pick out the lockers that belonged to characters in the movie.

Assistant principal Martin Yablonovsky said they have sold more than 200 East High T-shirts to visitors but have yet to capitalize on the school's popularity beyond that.
