(KSL News) -- A semi overturned in Spanish Fork Canyon on Highway 6, and ended up in the river.
The driver and his passenger were pinned in the cab until other motorists stopped and helped get them out. One of men in the cab was taken by helicopter to the hospital.
Investigators aren't sure yet why the truck crashed. HAZMAT teams are on the scene to help with the cleanup. It may take until tomorrow before the truck is pulled from the river.
The highway is open tonight.
