(KSL News) A jury returned a guilty verdict this afternoon against a man who starved a disabled girl in his care.
Michael Bowden was the primary guardian for 5-year-old Jade while his fiancée, the girl's mother, was in Iraq.
Jade has a severe form of cerebral palsy. Her weight dropped from 35 pounds to just 12 pounds during the four months Bowden cared for her.
Bowden will learn his sentence next month.
