(KSL News) Criminal charges will not be filed against an 86-year-old driver who struck and killed a man and his 5-year-old daughter in Murray.
The Salt Lake District Attorney's Office said the legal standards for a charge of negligent homicide were not met by evidence in the case.

They found the driver was not speeding, that drugs or alcohol were not a factor, and that the driver was not distracted.
They say it appears the driver simply did not see Don Ostler and his daughter Gwendolyn as they crossed the street.
