(KSL News) -- This warmer weather reminds us that spring and summer are on the way, and if you love the water, then you should head down to Sandy. The 41st Annual Utah Boat Show and Fishing Expo is underway.
The show boasts 25-million dollars worth of boats, motors and other accessories on display. From the small fishing boat, to the giant house boat, there's all here for you to gaze at, climb into and purchase if you'd like. Boat retailers say this show really gets people thing about summertime recreation.
CJ, Heringer Marine, Orem: "It's kind of the kick off for the boat season here in the state. It's almost as if when the show opens, it's the beginning of the season."
There are also a number of live demonstrations at the show.
Summer recreation trivia here: 18-million visitors come to Utah to enjoy our lakes and streams each year; and there are 100 bodies of water in the state where you can float a boat.
The show runs thru Sunday.
