(KSL News) The case against a Grantsville man accused of stealing campaign signs has been dismissed.

In March, Dennis McBride was accused of stealing a sign for Mayor Byron Anderson's campaign. He was in the process of appealing his six-month suspended jail sentence when the case was dropped.

According to the Deseret Morning News, prosecutors decided the issue wasn't worth pursuing.
