FARMINGTON, Utah (AP) -- A human case of West Nile virus has been reported in Davis County.
The county health department says that a person between 18 and 39 years old was infected with the disease, but has no serious symptoms.
Human cases have also been found in Salt Lake, Uintah and Grand counties this summer.
The virus is carried by mosquitoes and can cause encephalitis and viral meningitis.
