4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 carton (16 oz) sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 ¼ cups water
2 cups uncooked white rice
1 cup grated chaddar cheese
1. Heat oven to 325 degrees
2. Place chicken in a 9 X 13 inch pan
3. In a bowl, combine sour cream, soups, water and uncooked rice. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake for 1 hour
4. Sprinkle the cheese on top before serving. Makes 4-6 servings.
