SALT LAKE CITY -- Many Utahns are taking advantage of the long weekend to do some traveling, with many planning to go off-roading.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission said that Memorial Day is the deadliest holiday period for ATV riders, making it especially important for riders to be extra cautious.

In the past, Memorial Day weekend has seen as many as 28 deaths from accidents with all-terrain vehicles.
