(KSL News) Attorneys for Wendell Musser are asking a 5th District judge to find Warren Jeffs in contempt of court.

Last week Jeffs was ordered to reveal the location of the wife and young son of a former FLDS member. Jeffs refused, invoking his Fifth Amendment rights.

Now the judge has been asked by Musser's attorney to order Jeffs to spend an additional day in jail for each day he refuses to provide the information.

They ask that the extra jail time be added on to any sentence Jeffs receives from criminal charges pending against him.

The judge in the case has not said when he will rule on the request.
