(KSL News) Convicted killer Ryan Andrews can testify against his wife in the death of his 10-year-old daughter, Shelby.
A judge has denied a motion to suppress Andrews' testimony in the upcoming trial against his wife, Angela.
In that testimony, Andrews described in graphic detail how Angela Andrews abused Shelby for weeks.
Shelby died one year ago tomorrow from choking on her own vomit after being locked in a small closet.
Angela Andrews faces a first-degree murder charge.
