(KSL News) -- A Utah boy had one of his biggest wishes come true today.
Five-year-old Trevor from Ogden has congestive heart failure and he's preparing for a big surgery next week. Before his surgery, he really wanted a Star Wars Party. The Make-a-Wish foundation stepped in to help.
Frank Nilson, Make-a-Wish Foundation: "From the perspective of an adult this is cool from the perspective of a child its way way cool. For kids who are dealing with a serious illness they've lost a lot of that control .. To have a piece of control back to let them choose what's significant for them and what they want to anticipate is a great piece of a successful wish"
About 25 characters turned out today to have space battles with Trevor, who dressed as Yoda, and generally have fun.
Some volunteers even came from Idaho.
