SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (AP) -- A Salt Lake City man with several driving under the influence charges on his record was arrested again for the same thing.
Authorities say the 44-year-old man was arrested on Saturday for his fourth DUI.
Police say the man was originally pulled over for driving nearly 20 miles-per-hour over the speed limit.
Court documents say when the officer approached the car, he could smell alcohol. Police then asked him to take a field sobriety test, but he refused, saying he'll just fall down.
Court records say when officers checked his record, it showed his driver's license had been revoked for an alcohol-related conviction.
The man now faces several charges, including driving under the influence, driving on a revoked license and speeding.
