(KSL News) A woman in Sandy is a great example of motherhood. Not only does she take great care of her own children, but she takes in foster children who need help because of drugs or abuse in their homes.

We gave Sarah Anderson a High 5 for her efforts. She was nominated by her neighbor, Kim Crook.

Kim told Sarah, "I have been so impressed with the way that you whole-heartedly dedicated yourself to not only your own children, but to other people's. And no matter how hard that's been for you, you have taken on that challenge and done such a great job and done it with dignity."

Sarah said, "It's been challenging. But it's been very rewarding, too, to be able to make a difference with these kids that are struggling, having a hard start to life anyway."

If there's someone you'd like to nominate for a High 5, follow the link on this page.
